Intensive Outpatient Program with Boarding
Outpatient Care services are based on therapeutic models, providing continued intensive clinical support while incorporating life skills training, peer support, and adult education programs to prepare clients for employment and a more stable and sober lifestyle.
PHASE II DETAILS
Professional Services Include:
- Individual Therapy (Weekly)
- IOP Group Therapy (3 times a week)
- Medical monitoring with APRN available
- Targeted Case Management
- Peer Support Group (Weekdays)
- Psych NP (as needed)
- Relapse Prevention Planning
- Transition & Discharge Planning
Other Services Include:
- Job Skills Program & GED Classes
- Nurturing Parenting
- Weekly in-house Community meeting
- Randomized drug screening
- Weekly Church services & Bible studies
- Weekly Community Recovery groups (AA/NA/CR)
- Transportation
- Volunteer Opportunities
- Health, Exercise, & Social Activities

We do this by creating a safe and welcoming environment where persons suffering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD) can find help, freedom and purpose for their lives as we have since opening in 2016.
