Addiction recoverY program
PHASE 1
PHASE I
Short-Term Residential Treatment
The Revive residential program provides intensive clinical and recovery-based treatment. Services are based on a therapeutic model, which meet the best-practice standards with continuous improvement as our focus. The initial phase gives residents the time needed to cope with the initial cravings associated with recovery. We also strive to help our residents overcome many of the triggers related to substance abuse that often plague them during this time. This is done through a highly structured, loving, and supportive environment that assists our clients in understanding the disease of addiction, helping them move stridently towards full sobriety.
PHASE I DETAILS
Our services are organized within a comprehensive therapeutic environment that includes screening and assessment, individual treatment planning, individual and family counseling, psychiatric consultations, medication management, crisis intervention, group counseling, educational programming, client advocacy, and referral to community resources.
Additional services and classes include:
- Benefits Coordination
- Health and Exercise Activities
- Five (5) faith-based classes throughout the week
- Weekly drug & alcohol screening

- Weekly In-House Community meetings
- Weekly Church services and Bible studies
- Weekly Community Recovery Groups
Our mission is simple. We are a dynamic recovery program that restores lives through an inward journey leading to lifelong wholeness. We do this by creating a safe and welcoming environment where persons suffering from Substance Use Disorder (SUD) can find help, freedom and purpose for their lives as we have since opening in 2016.
