SCHEDULE: MON-FRI / 11pm-8am
As Shift Supervisor, it will be your responsibility to handle and care for residents, and all emergency procedures as well as all oversight of the programs day-to-day operations. As Night Shift Supervisor, it is required that you fill out all paper and computer programs that involve all policy and procedures. These duties apply to the Revive Life House operated by Revive Ministries, Inc.
Shift supervisors direct the activities of clients during a specific period or shift. This involves working with them to ensure they are in treatment as required, participating in programming or other activities. The employee may be required to exert 21 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 11 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job duties also require about 6 or more hours of intermittent standing or walking in an 8-hour workday. Sitting may be required only intermittently and occasionally. Stooping is usually required frequently.
He employee will work indoors and outdoors, sometimes in hot and humid weather or very frigid temperatures, depending on the season, in order to supervise the clients in their activities. This may result in bodily discomfort. The house itself is open and ventilated well with central heat and air conditioning. The person may work outside in heat/cold, wet/humid and dry/arid conditions.
There are a number of daily deadlines associated with this position, which may cause stress to some individuals. The position must deal with the clients daily on a variety of issues.

Any employee wishing to resign is required to furnish a written notice of such intention addressed to the employee’s immediate supervisor and the Human Resources Department. All employees are entitled to all earned, unpaid salary. All termination pay will be distributed to the employee on the next payday following the termination. This position requires 30 days resignation notice.
